Increase Global Health Funding in the President's Budget

Throughout this year we have been meeting with our local members of congress and asking presidential candidates with positions in congress to restore funding to the President's Emergency Plan For AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), the single largest bilateral aid program for AIDS relief, to 2011 levels.

President Obama unfortunately cut $600 million from PEPFAR in 2011, $300 million of that has been restored but we want to restablish the U.S. commitment to fighting AIDS by restoring the remaining $300 million.
